Cosmetic/Personal care Contract Packaging company needs someone to oversee a non-union operation in a fast paced high volume environment. Will direct operational activities for the production, maintenance, and warehouse departments including filling, assembly, and packaging. Will ensure planned KPI’s are met, implement safety procedures, work with continuous improvement, 5S, and kaizan processes.

Position will require 7+ years’ experience in a Production/Operation management role in the cosmetic, packaging, contract packaging industry with ideal experience overseeing production, maintenance, and warehouse departments.
