10+ years of deep functional experience in supply chain management, Network Design, Supply Network Planning, or related function with deep expertise in at least one SCM subdomain (purchasing, production planning, IBP, Materials Management, Operations Management, or related field). Experience in a global manufacturing environment is required. Demonstrated success in driving complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes. Consulting exposure.

Skills/Knowledge:
Strong influencing skills and ability to mentor others across functions without direct authority. Digital and analytical fluency in supply chain management. Senior Management-level communication and stakeholder management.
